1) email & text messages

• Email notifications turned on check email every 30 mins.  
• Return calls, texts, and emails within 30mins.  
• Text messages spice up the conversation with adjectives like Great, Fantastic, absolutely, and perfect.  use exclamation marks!  Keeps the conversation moving in a positive direction.  
• We want our clients to feel good when contacting us.

2) client is upset

• Remain calm, agree with what they are complaining about and reassure them that we have their back.
• Return to the property free of charge to reshoot a specific problem area.  
• Offer free drone photo shoot added to their next project with us.    
• If they accept, make a note of it within the “Special Instructions” tab in their account with the date the note was created.  
• This will help remind you to subtract the discount when you book them  in the future.  
• Once booked in again please delete the note so we dont keep giving out free drone shoots.

3) revisions

• Video or photo revision.  photos or video take specific notes of what needs to be fixed.  
• Contact our editor through facebook messenger.  Relay the notes to them for the specific address and agent name.  
• Once the revisions are completed you will be able to find the updated photos or video in the “Done Job” folder on Dropbox.  
• Open the most recent folder and find the folder titled  “FIX”.  
• upload the new photos to the agent's account, and click notify client.  
• Text message the client  letting them know the photos are ready to download as well.  
• The way to do this is to Click the Clients name scroll down to the phone number on file and shoot them a text message.

4) photography

• Real estate agents use our listing photos for advertisement purposes on the internet, social media and print materials.  Our photographers use special camera settings that capture multiple pictures from dark to light exposures featuring unique perspectives of the home.
• Our editors combine the images to give an authentic representation of the interior and exterior of the property.  Our high end editing allows you to clearly be able to see the interior and the exterior through the windows every time (this is higher quality than other companies in the area).
• For listing Photos we charge by square feet
• 25 photos $148,  60mins duration Recommended for 0000 - 2000sqft
• 36 photos $177,  60mins duration Recommended for 2001 - 3000sqft
• 50 photos $224,  90mins duration Recommended for 3001 - & Upsqft

5) 14 additional images

• Sometimes an agent wants to add photos to their property.  
• Add 14 photos $56 30 min duration
• The MLS or multiple listing service is a website that the real estate agents use to advertise their property  online.

6) drone photos

• We take pictures using drone technology for an aerial perspective showing the surrounding location of the property.  Aerial photography is a great way to market the property especially if there is water nearby.  
• 85% of home buyers prefer seeing an aerial perspective opposed to a curb side shot.
• All our photographers are licensed through the FAA allowing them to fly drones commercially.  
• Our drone photography package includes 5 - 8 Drone photos  retouched professionally and delivered within 24  hours of
• the shoot and costs $111 dollars.
• The duration of time for a drone photo shoot is 30mins.
• The Price is $95.

7) Twilight Photos

• After hour Real Twilight Photography:
• Twilight photos are a great way to set your listings apart from other listings in the aera. Real twilight photos are important when properties have either large windows, or complex landscape lighting. Otherwise, go with virtual twilights to save $60 dollars and save your clients the hassle of a second photoshoot.
• Real Twilight photography takes place starting 5 mins after the sun sets and we have to schedule a second project at the end of the day when this package is selected.  
• Oftentimes the agent will add this service on to a Listing Photos package.
• In this case try to book the project later in the day so that our  photographer can end the photo shoot  with the Real Twilight Photography.  
• Make sure to tell the real estate agent to tell their client (the home seller) to make sure all the interior and exterior lights are on.
• The price is $157 dollars and
• The duration of time is 30 - 60mins

8) Head Shots

• Head Shots
• :Head shots are rare but we do them.  We only accept exterior head shots at this time due to covid.  one hour session up to 25 photos delivered. and we meet at the vinoy park downtown saint petersburg.

9) videography & agent Intro

• Videography:Interior/Exterior & Aerial Video up to 3 mins in length.   This option includes branded and unbranded video links if requested by the agent.  The only difference with the branded version is that the agents logo is added to the beginning and the end.  If the agent wants this please make sure to have them email their logo to us.  
• Then categorize the logo into the logo folder on dropbox.   All video clips are synced to music in a smooth cinematic experience!  Like the Listing Photos we charge by square footage. The rates are as follows.
• Interior + Exterior + Aerial Video (0000-2000 sq ft)   $250
• Interior + Exterior + Aerial Video (2001-3000 sq ft)    $325
• Agent Intro: $75
• The agent intro is a video add on allowing the agent to speak on camera at the beginning and end of the video.  If the agent wants to read the property description as a voice over while the video clips are playing we can implement that into the video  however the property description needs to be written prior to the video shoot

• Drone Videography:

11) 3d matterport tours

• 3D Matterport Tours:
• Matterport is a technology that we use to capture the property creating a 3D model of the property that you can virtually walk through online 24/7 around the world.  
• To better understand this service refer back to the Video Vs Matterport tutorial belowl.  
• Like the Listing Photos we charge by square footage.
• The rates are as follows.
• 3D Matterport Tour (0000-2000 sq ft)    $155
• 3D Matterport Tour (2001- & Up sq ft)    $195

• Recap Comparison:Overall matterport is a more detailed overview of the house offering more features than to familiarize your prospect with your listing.   The downside is that you can't see the surrounding locations like you can with drone video clips.  That being said, adding this type of technology to your listing presentations will give you the competitive advantage over other realtors in your area essentially helping you win more listings!  If you are on a budget we say matterport is a better alternative to video as there are more features, however when used together as a marketing funnel you can expect to find more qualified buyers and spend your time showing off your listing to serious buyers.

12) virtual staging

• Virtual Staging:
• Virtual staging is a way to digitally implement furniture into a vacant room.  Lots of realtors stage their listings so that when they have potential buyers come to the house they can see what it would look like to actually live there with furniture in the rooms.  This is a good idea to do however it is expensive around 1 - 3 thousand dollars.  
• We can virtually stage a room for $37 dollars per image to give the online buyers an idea of what it would look like with furniture throughout the house.  Once a client selects the Virtual staging option we have to manually email the our “Style Guide” with directions on how to use it.  
• Once the style guide is sent out the agent then chooses the room style number and will also tell us which photos they want to use for the virtual staging.  
• We then send the photos that correspond to the style guide number to our editor who virtually stages the room
• and sends us the images back within 24 hours.  
• The Price is $40 dollars per image

13) room measurements

• Room Measurements:
• Real estate agents are required to get room measurements of the home for their listing online.  
• They literally go through the house with a tape measure and measure the rooms.  
• We can do this for them for $25 Dollar.
• The Price is $25 Dollars 15 min Duration of time
• Make sure to deliver email the room measurement document by email the next day this will be filled out by the photographer.

13) Floor Plan

• Room floor plan with Measurements: Room measurements needed for MLS data. Report provided at time of photo delivery. Your photographer will measure during the photo appointment using a laser measuring tape.

14) free property website

• Free Property Website:
• Every photo shoot comes with a Free property website that includes all the visual content created for that project.  
• The agents have control over the template for  the website (how it looks)
• the information within the website (property description number of bedrooms, sq ft, and price)
• and order of content within the website (which content comes first for example the photo gallery above the video etc),  
• the ability to change the header of the website (which is the big main photo at the top of the website page)
• and also  rearrange the order of the photos within the photo gallary.
• We can also gain control over their account by logging in as a user.  
• Go to the dashboard click the agents project then click on their name then click the red button at the top of the page that says “login as user”.  
• Once inside we can then see what the real estate agent sees and can manipulate the parameters for them.

15) flyer creator

• Flyer Creator:
• The free flyer creator is a part of the software within the agents account.  Clients can Drag and drop photos from the photo gallery into the flyer creator and then fill in the description.  
• This creates a professional looking flyer for their marketing purposes quickly.  The real estate agent can then  have the flyers printed at your local print shop.
• We recommend Fedex.

• Create New Client Account with name email and password then save it
• Create new project search clients name and enter in the rest of the information
• Select Dashboard new clients
• Select add new client Name email phone number and password

• Open up second window with calendar from dashboard view
• Select Project
• Add new project
• Search their name
• Enter in Address Sqft date type of photography
• Refresh the calendar to make sure the project went through.  Confirm the date and time of the project while on the phone.  Let the client know to check their email for the confirmation email.
