Incorporating a video in your listings cannot be stressed enough. In fact, videos have been found to keep prospective customers on a website up to two minutes longer than any other content. Creating an effective video is more than just a boring pan across each room. Hire a professional to film and edit a video for you.  

Make sure they use license free music, and include interior exterior and drone video clips into the video.  Have them record an agent's intro and conclusion of you speaking on camera.  This can be used for your social media marketing and it will help you to win more listings in as well.  When speaking on camera the intro should include your name, property address, number of bedrooms and square footage.  The conclusion should include your name and contact information.
