When is the best time to utilize drone photography in St Petersburg to market your listing?

The MLS sates that 68% of houses are being sold quicker when they are utilizing drone photography over ones that aren’t.  That being said this depends on what  the surrounding location looks like.  Whenever someone asks about Drone photos I always immediately say how close is the water in proximity to the house?  Mainly because that’s what the money shots are going to be.  If you have a waterfront home  you need to showcase the water it’s pretty straightforward.  Also if there are landmarks around it is a good idea to showcase them from an aerial perspective.  We live in St. Petersburg Florida showing off landmarks like the Skyway bridge, buildings will add value to your listing when photographed with the drone.  Type the address into Google maps and check nearby locations to see if drone photos are a good idea.

If the view faces west morning is the best time to shoot. For east-facing properties, afternoon is great.  If your property faces north, any time between 10:00am and 2pm is ideal.
