The answer is yes but there are copyright laws that you need to follow. The photographer owns the photos and licenses the listing agent to use the photos and can also relicense another agent to use the photos if need be. Reusing old listing photos can end up getting you in some pretty big legal trouble, if not done properly. The best way to avoid confusion is to reach out to the original photographer and ask to purchase the license to the photos so that you can reuse them for your listing. At Bear Karry Productions our license lasts the duration of the listing so if you need to re use them again in the future just give us a call and we will get you sorted. We encourage you to use the photos however you need to in order to help promote your listing.
